Terms Of Use

How are services priced?

1. The first system: Services at Siwar Muscat Company are priced based on the needs of each client, according to his goals and proposed budget for purchasing any marketing service (design, video, advertising campaign, marketing plan, website… etc.).

2. The second system: Siwar Muscat presents a technical and financial proposal to meet the customer’s need, and the customer has complete freedom and desire to accept or reject it, unless the technical and financial offer is included in the marketing packages. In this case, the customer does not have the freedom to modify the package’s services or price. Here the customer can follow the first system in purchasing the service and tailoring the service to suit the customer’s need and desire.

How long does it take to prepare a marketing plan? What does it include?
  1. Short-term: If the plan is aimed at a short-term marketing campaign, such as a short-term social media advertising campaign, it can be prepared in a period ranging from a few days to a week or less, depending on the size of the ads and the strategy used.
  2. Medium-term: If the plan includes a marketing strategy for a few months, such as a seasonal promotional campaign, you may need a period ranging between 10 – 15 days to prepare the plan in an integrated manner, and include the required analyzes and research.
  3. Long-term: If you intend to prepare a marketing plan for a large project or for a whole year, it may take 30 – 50 days to prepare the plan. This requires reviewing the use of strategic information and ongoing data and developing detailed strategies and plans for long-term periods.

    What does the marketing plan include?

    It contains a strategy and practical details for how to implement the marketing strategy for a specific product or service, and its elements are as follows:

    1. Executive Summary: Includes a short report summarizing the most important points of the plan, marketing objectives, and target audience.

    2. Market analysis: includes an analysis of the market and activity of the service or product, including identifying opportunities, threats, and competition (SWOT analysis) for the service or product.

    3. Target audience analysis: Describes the features and needs of the target audience and how to communicate with them effectively.

    4. Marketing objectives: Quantitative and qualitative objectives are determined and the mechanism for achieving them within a specific period of time.

    5. Marketing Strategy: Describes the main strategies that will be used to achieve goals, including target markets, channels, and marketing methods.

    6. Marketing tactics: The tools and techniques that will be used to implement the strategy are determined, such as advertising, social media, and promotions.

    7. Marketing budget: A financial table detailing the expected costs for implementing the marketing plan.

    8. Timeline: Displays the schedule for implementing the plan, key dates, and specific tasks.

    9. Monitoring and measuring performance: Determine how to evaluate the performance of the campaign or strategy, measure the achievement of goals, and follow up on developments.

    10. Team responsibilities: Explains the role and responsibilities of team members involved in implementing the plan.

    11. Provide contact information: Includes contact information for team members and relevant third parties.

    12. Attachments: Contains additional information such as feasibility studies, research reports, or any other information that supports the plan.

    The benefit of the marketing plan: It helps direct marketing efforts and ensure the implementation of an effective strategy that contributes to achieving goals and increasing the success of the product or service in the market.

How long does it take to prepare a marketing video?

The amount of time required to prepare a marketing promotional video can vary greatly and depends on many factors, including:

1. Complexity of the scene: If the video requires complex scenes, shooting in multiple locations, or special effects, it may take longer to plan and execute.

2. Video length: Promotional videos can be very short (such as social media promotional videos) or longer (such as presentation videos). The length of the video affects the time needed to edit and produce it. It usually takes 2-7 days, depending on its duration.

3. Ready-made materials: If the materials are ready-made such as photos or videos already recorded, they may be used to speed up the production process.

4. Production stages: The video preparation process includes several stages, including writing, filming, editing, montage, adding sound, music, and animation.

5. Timeline: When you need the video ready can affect the time required. If you need the video quickly, you’ll have to allocate more resources or more money than your “opportunity cost” to get it done in a short time.

6. Provide specific information: The more specific and detailed the information or message you want to convey in the video, the longer the video may need to be filmed, edited and produced.

What is the business and return policy?

Work policy in the electronic marketing services system

Dear customers, the system of work in the Sewar Muscat Company is based primarily on building trust and mutual respect and preserving the rights of both parties. Therefore, providing the service is a complete commitment on the part of the Sewar Muscat Company until all elements of the agreement concluded between us and the customer are fulfilled. And as is the case under the obligation on the customer to pay the full amount agreed upon without deficiency when the Sewar Muscat Company finishes providing services in full.

 

Dear customers, any contract agreed upon is an acknowledgment of the implementation of the work and the payment of the initial financial amount agreed upon before the start of the work, and the payment mechanism is included in the contract as follows:

 

Clause No. (1): If the financial amount is less than 100 Omani Riyals or its equivalent in other currencies, it will be paid once after 10 days of work. In the event that the client does not pay, the execution of the work will be stopped when the amount is received.

 

Clause No. (2): If the customer requests to cancel the contract after 10 working days or more, and the financial amount is less than 100 Omani Riyals or its equivalent in other currencies, the customer is obligated to pay 30% of the value of the amount. If he does not comply with this,  Sewar Muscat has the right to take all necessary measures to collect the amount.

 

Clause No. (3): If the financial amount is less than 500 Omani Riyals or its equivalent in other currencies, it will be paid in two stages: before the start of work, a payment of 50%, and after 25 days have passed or the end of the work, the remaining 50% of the amount will be paid. In the event that the client does not pay, the execution of the work will be stopped when the amount is received.

 

Clause No. (4): If the customer requests to cancel the contract after 10 working days or more, and the financial amount is less than 500 Omani Riyals or its equivalent in other currencies, the customer is obligated to pay 20% of the value of the amount. If he does not comply with this,  Sewar  Muscat has the right to take all necessary measures to collect the amount.

 

Clause No. (5): If the financial amount is more than 501 Omani Riyals or its equivalent in other currencies, it will be paid in three payments: a payment before the start of work at a rate of 30%, a payment after 20 days at a rate of 40%, and a payment upon delivery and completion of the project. By 30%. If the client does not comply with the payment, the work will be stopped when the amount is met.

 

Clause No. (6): If the customer wants to cancel the concluded contract after 30 days or more, the money paid is not refundable in any case.

 

Clause No. (7): If the contract is terminated by the client within or after 30 days of work, the financial payments paid by the client are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

Clause No. (8): In the event that the customer requests termination of the contract due to non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract and the expiration of the time period required to operate the contract, Sewar Muscat is committed to implementing all the terms of the contract without adding any other money to the customer.

 

Clause No. (9): Sewar Muscat has the right to cancel the contract or not renew the contract at any time it wants, provided that all agreed upon work is completed without deficiency and that no unpaid money is collected for the services.

Return Conditions:

– The customer must submit a written return request via email: sewarmuscat@gmail.com
– The service must be completely or partially unused.
– The request must be justified, legitimate, logical and consistent with the context of the service provided.
– The request must be within the specified period of work agreed upon in the concluded contract.

Retrieval Procedures

– The customer must send the return request via e-mail to sewarmuscat@gmail.com with the title (return request) with the details of the request and the reason for the return.
– We will review the request and verify its compliance with the return conditions.
– In the event that the return is approved, we will conduct the return conditions in accordance with Clause No. (8) in the business policy.

Exceptions

– Money cannot be refunded after the end of the specified work period and the implementation of Clause No. (8) in the work policy.
– Fees cannot be refunded if the service is used completely or partially.
– Customized services are non-refundable unless the service is not provided as agreed upon.
